An ongoing hospitality event media partnership supporting some of the industry's most recognised chefs, operators, and emerging talent.

We've worked alongside Nth Degree since 2018, capturing and promoting the events, conversations, and experiences that champion the hospitality sector and the next generation entering it.

Beginning with Young Chef Young Waiter UK, we've documented the growth of the platform from a national competition into a globally recognised programme spanning 13 countries — now operating as World Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist (World YYY).

World YYY exists to identify, support, and elevate emerging hospitality talent across food, service, and mixology — giving young chefs, waiters, and bartenders a platform to develop their skills, gain industry recognition, and connect with some of the most respected figures in global hospitality. The programme plays an important role in encouraging excellence within an industry built on mentorship, opportunity, and the development of future talent.

Over the years, the media and visual assets we've produced have supported the continued growth of the platform across digital campaigns, social media promotion, sponsorship acquisition, investor and partner presentations, franchise development materials, and international expansion efforts — helping communicate both the scale of the initiative and the calibre of talent involved.

Beyond competition coverage, our work also extends across a number of high-profile hospitality events, including the Restaurant Association Gala at Rosewood London, the International Restaurateur Dinner at The Savoy, and a series of private monthly dinners hosted by some of London's finest chefs and restaurants — bringing together leading operators, suppliers, and hospitality figures for conversation, collaboration, and industry connection.

Rather than treating events as one-night productions, the focus has always been on building a long-term visual archive around the people, stories, and culture driving modern hospitality — creating media assets that continue to support, celebrate, and promote the industry long after the events themselves have ended.

The partnership continues to evolve, focusing on building a long-term visual archive for the hospitality sector.
