FOUNDER, DARREN BANDOO.

Founded in London in 2019, DRGNFLY began by supporting internal marketing teams with high-quality event coverage and ad hoc content production — helping brands capture the moments, conversations, and energy surrounding live experiences.

As relationships deepened, so did the understanding of the wider problem.

Many teams weren’t struggling because of a lack of content. They were struggling because the most valuable expertise inside the business was rarely being documented, structured, or consistently shared. Leadership teams were busy being busy — operating at a high level, but underutilising the insight, experience, and perspective that made the company valuable in the first place.

That shift changed the direction of the studio.

What started as production support evolved into long-term strategic partnerships focused on founder visibility, executive insight, and authority-building through media.

Today, DRGNFLY operates as a founder-led media company under DRGNFLY Productions Ltd — combining documentary storytelling, editorial thinking, and strategic content systems to help founders, operators, and expert teams turn their knowledge into a lasting body of work.

From executive interviews and podcasts to project documentaries, live event media, and thought leadership ecosystems, our work is designed to help businesses communicate with more clarity, consistency, and substance.

We remain intentionally small by design — a collaborative team spanning direction, cinematography, editorial, strategy, and production management. Every engagement is hands-on, and every project is built around thoughtful storytelling rather than content for content’s sake.
